Wild Garlic Butter

Ingredients

  • 100 g butter, softened

  • 1 generous handful wild garlic, finely chopped

  • zest of ½ lemon

  • pinch of salt

  • optional: black pepper

Method

  1. Mix the softened butter until smooth.

  2. Stir in the wild garlic and lemon zest.

  3. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Shape into a log using cling film or greaseproof paper.
