Wild garlic pesto
Ingredients

1 large handful wild garlic

30 g Parmesan cheese

20 g pine nuts (or walnuts/almonds)

80–100 ml olive oil

zest of ½ lemon

salt
Method

Lightly toast the pine nuts.

Blend or roughly chop all ingredients.

Add olive oil until smooth but still slightly textured.

Season with lemon zest and salt.
